3 DIPOL products for the SAT KRAK 2011 plebiscite

DIPOL from Cracow submitted their three products for the the SAT KRAK 2011 plebiscite: Signal HD-527 receiver to The best DVB-T/MPEG-4 receiver category, TERRA second-generation headend to The best part of SMATV/CATV category and Triset PROFI cable to the Top accessories category. We recall the lectures for the installers organized by DIPOL.

Signal HD-527 receiver is the successor to the popular HD-507 model. This time company wants to offer a "box" (not a "Mini Scart"). The decision to change the casing type was dictated by the desire to meet the receivers requirements of Polish Ministry of Infrastructure. Dimensions of the receiver are still compact (220 x 130 x 32 mm), and the casing looks elegant. Exterior is not the only change - the receiver has changed the chipset. Used a new Mstar7818 solution - more efficient than its predecessor (7828). Noticeable is the high speed operation of the receiver and a slightly faster scanning of the television spectrum.

MMH-3000+ TERRA headend is a solution dedicated to facilities and institutions in which it is desirable to offer central management of distributed software in the system. Its primary advantage is versatility, it allows one device to distribute analog and digital signals. Importantly, the station works with all types of television signals. Source of the signal can be: satellite, terrestrial, and the signal-generating device that requires modulation (players, CCTV cameras, etc.). Distributed can be SD and HD signals.

Triset PROFI E1010 was designed and built for broadband networks. Due to their construction (double foil, tinned copper braid with a high degree of coverage) this cable is highly effective in shielding in the band return channel amounting to 120 dB. This is particularly important in HFC/CATV networks which offering access to the Internet.
