The November edition of the magazine of 2009, is a unique issue because of the special golden color on the cover, used for the first time in more than 10-year history of the magazine. SAT Kurier gold cover was made by the new printer on behalf of advertisers or PYCH International comapny, a manufacturer of a new wireless card splitter Clone+ Home Edition 150. Our test of this device can be read on pages 26-27 of the November issue of the SAT Kurier.
On 15th of September 2009 TVP launched the first free platform. Unfortunately, after the chairman change, without notice on 9th of October 2009, 4 TVP channels on Astra 19.2 E (TVP1, TVP2, TVP HD and TVP Sport) has been endoced. We issued a petition to the authorities of the TVP to change that decision, but nothing has changed, we are writing about it in this release.
There is an interesting report from the exhibition SAT KRAK 2009, which despite the crisis and absence of greatest satellite platforms (they may regret it!), was a great success (a few thousand people came and we run out of tickets!). We describe the most important technical advances of this exhibition - there is also a report from handing statues - SAT Krak 2009 awards in 20 categories. This reportage is worth reading to found out which products are considered the best in each category.
We are continuing an interesting section in the SAT Kurier - Travels with antenna. This time we print the text of Tomasz Bobrowski from Profan, Gdynia in which he described his installation of satellite dishes in the Polish base at Spitsbergen.
We encourage you to familiarize yourself with more products, which can be very useful after the official start of NTC (Digital Terrestrial Television) transmitters and DVB-T multiplex.
One of them is the TechniSat DiGYBOXX 4 receiver for MPEG-4, another is the latest DVB-T tuner RWT DTV-421T and Maximum T-102 FTA.
